Frequently Asked Questions 

1. How Do I Get Started With Commissioning You? 

Send me a email using the form on commissions page and give me a detail brief of what your expectations.

I will get back to you as soon as possible with an invoice and simple contract detailing what has been discussed. 
50% deposit must be made before the work can begin. 

I offer a 4 week  payment plan (split into 4 equal payments) to spread out the cost making it easier for the client, this will need to be discussed and agreed and the first 2 instalments must be paid before the work can begin.

2. How Long Will It Take For My Commission To Be Completed? 

All commissions will take up to 4 weeks to complete. This gives time for any revisions that have to be made. I will be in contact with you in regards to the progress of your commission. 

If the project or commission is quite large then it will be longer than 4 weeks but this will need to be discussed with you (the client) 

3. Can I Get A Physical Poster Instead of a Digital Copy? 

Yes! You can have a poster copy but this will be at an extra cost depending on size of print  required. (Postage and packing fee will also apply)

4. How Is Payment Made? 

Bank transfer is preferred, but if you are an international client than PayPal is best. All this will be included on your invoice.

5. Can I Commission a Commercial Piece From You? 

Yes you can! After an in-depth discussion the contract will be amended to suit the needs of said project. 
Prices will vary due to the project type also. 

6. Can I Contact You in Regards to my Commission

Yes of course, if you need any please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll be happy to help.

7. Do you Offer Discounts on Commissions

Discounts are available through varied promotions and are not guaranteed.

8. Is There Anything you Wont Draw

Yes there is. I won't draw; Gore, Mecha, Explicit Content, Offensive Content, NSFW, Furries, Occult or anything to do with it

9. Can I Have a Detailed Background with my Commission

Of course! A detailed background is an extra charge of £100 due to time but with all my commission services you will get a simple colour background. 

10. Revisions? 

Feedback must be given within 48 hours  Changes requested outside of this time period may result in the need to extend the deadline date and will incur further charges.

Revisions are based on a 3 stage process;
 

Stage 1: A midway project review, The Contractor will supply mock ups of current work completed up to that stage (Stage1) for review/changes. The Client agrees to reply with notes/feedback within 48 hours. Changes requested outside of this time period may result in the need to extend the deadline date and will incur further charges.

Stage 2: A review of the 2nd half of commissioned work. The Contractor will again supply mock ups of completed work (From Stage 2) that has been requested for review, The Client has the opportunity to request changes to any unseen work (From Stage 2).The Client agrees to reply with notes/feedback within 48 hours. Changes requested outside of this time period may result in the need to extend the deadline date and will incur further charges. Any changes requested to the first half of the project (Stage 1) that have Already been subject to review during Stage 1 Will incur a deadline extension and further charges will be applied.

Stage 3: Project Completion. The Contractor will supply completed and previously reviewed work from Stages 1 & 2 for FINAL APPROVAL
