Return & Refund Policy
Loolastrations does NOT assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items during transit. Packages marked as “delivered” but are missing is not our responsibility as we can not control Royal Mail /DPD deliveries.
To file a claim, please contact said service directly.
All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted.
Refunds or replacements will only be reviewed when:
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing.
If a customer would like to cancel their order that has NOT been processed/shipped. (Within 48 hours of order being placed. Confirmation of cancelation email required to be sent to Loolastrationsinfo@gmail.com)
If the customer chooses to have a refund instead of a replacement when there is a missing item.
If a customer would like to Edit/Remove some of the items on their order that has NOT been processed.
Please send us an email at Loolastrationsinfo@gmail.com to request a refund or return. A response will be made within 1-2 business days.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is released by your provider.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
